Curamend Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed with Curamend (“we,” “our,” “us”). By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Processing Times
1.1 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been received.
1.2 If we experience high order volumes, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
2.1 Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2.2 Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Express Shipping (Australia): 2–5 business days
- 2.3 Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to postal or courier network issues outside of our control.
3. Tracking & Confirmation
3.1 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
3.2 Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
4. International Shipping
4.1 We currently ship to selected international destinations.
4.2 International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.
4.3 Curamend is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
5.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct at the time of purchase.
5.2 We are not liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
6.1 If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@curamend.com.au
6.2 We will assist in filing a claim with the courier and provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
