Curamend Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Curamend (“we,” “our,” “us”). It is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the ACL.

1. Australian Consumer Law Rights
1.1 Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product has a major failure.
1.2 You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
1.3 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

2. Change of Mind Returns
2.1 In addition to your ACL rights, we offer a 30-day change of mind return policy.
2.2 To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and
  • Returned within 30 calendar days of receipt.

3. Refunds
3.1 Refunds for eligible returns will be processed back to your original payment method.
3.2 Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear after approval.
3.3 Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required under the ACL.

4. Exchanges
4.1 Products may be exchanged if they are defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect.
4.2 Requests for exchange must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt.

5. Return Shipping Costs
5.1 If returning due to change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
5.2 If returning due to a product fault, defect, or incorrect item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs as required by the ACL.
5.3 We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Process for Returns & Refunds
6.1 To lodge a return, please contact our customer service team at [support email] with your order number and proof of purchase.
6.2 You will be provided with instructions and a return address.

7. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
